摘 要:采面开采范围内地质构造发育时容易引起瓦斯集聚,预先布置的瓦斯抽采钻孔在构造影响下抽采效果不佳,采面回采至地质构造发育区,容易出现瓦斯超限问题。以31102综采工作面地质构造发育区瓦斯治理为工程背景,在原有本煤层抽采、采空区埋管等瓦斯治理措施基础上,通过综合使用区域排查、面内探测和浅孔注水等措施,进一步对构造影响区煤层瓦斯进行治理,并提出具体的瓦斯治理技术方案。现场应用后,采面在地质构造发育区内回采时,瓦斯涌出在正常范围内,回风巷及回风隅角瓦斯浓度均在安全范围内,采面可保持较快速度回采,取得了较好的瓦斯治理效果。The development of tectonics within the mining area of the mining face is easy to cause gas accumulation.The pre-arranged gas drainage boreholes have poor drainage effect under the influence of the structure.When the mining face is recovered to the tectonics development area,the problem of gas overrun is easy to occur.Taking the gas control in the tectonics development area of 31102 fully mechanized mining face as the engineering background,on the basis of the original gas control measures such as the drainage of the coal seam and the burial of pipes in the goaf,through the comprehensive use of regional troubleshooting,in-plane detection,shallow hole water injection and other measures,the coal seam gas in the structure affected area is further controlled,and the specific gas control technical scheme is proposed.After field application,when the mining face is in the tectonics development area,the gas emission is within the normal range,and the gas concentration in the return air lane and the return air corner is within the safe range.The mining face can maintain a fast speed of recovery,and has achieved good gas control effect.
