Research on Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology During the Excavation of Small Coal Pillars Along Goaf Tunnels

摘  要:以13207机巷掘进为例,针对巷道掘进期间小煤柱以及邻近采空区内CO浓度超标等问题,提出机巷全断面喷浆封堵漏风通道、小煤柱注浆加固煤柱强度、封堵潜在漏风裂隙和邻近采空区灌浆注氮等综合防灭火技术措施,降低采空区内的O2浓度、加固采空区的密闭墙、减少采空区漏风量、降低矿井防灭火难度。现场应用,取得了显著的效果,机巷小煤柱内以及邻近采空区内的CO浓度得到有效控制,机巷内未能监测到CO。采用综合防灭火技术措施可为小煤柱沿空掘巷巷道掘进创造良好条件。Taking 13207 machine tunnel excavation as an example,in order to address the issues of excessive CO concentration in small coal pillars and adjacent goaf areas during tunnel excavation,comprehensive fire prevention and control measures such as full section grouting and sealing of air leakage channels,small coal pillar grouting and strengthening of coal pillar strength,sealing of potential air leakage cracks,and grouting and nitrogen injection in adjacent goaf areas are proposed.These measures aim to reduce O2 concentration in goaf areas,strengthen sealing walls in goaf areas,and reduce air leakage in goaf areas and reduce the difficulty of mine fire prevention and extinguishing.On site application has achieved significant results,with effective control of CO concentration in the small coal pillars of the machine roadway and adjacent goaf areas.CO has not been detected in the machine roadway.The adoption of comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology measures can create good conditions for the excavation of small coal pillars along goaf tunnels.
