摘 要:31302综放工作面回采的13号煤层具有易自燃、顶板破碎及含矸坚硬等特征,结合现场条件以及煤炭开采工艺,确定采空区内遗煤量大、漏风严重以及部分区段推进速度慢等因素会诱发采空区遗煤自燃。基于此,构建监测预测系统(含人工及自动监测),实现采面内及采空区内气体成分监测,实现遗煤自燃发火预警。根据采面开采特点构建注氮、封堵进风及回风隅角、喷洒阻化剂以及灌注黄泥浆等防灭火技术体系。现场应用后,采面及采空区内温度、CO浓度始终在安全范围内,回采过程中未监测到C_(2)H_(4)等自燃发火标志性气体,防灭火技术体系起到了较好的应用成果。The 13th coal seam extracted from the 31302 fully mechanized top coal caving face has characteristics such as easy spontaneous combustion,broken roof,and hard gangue content.Based on on-site conditions and coal mining technology,it is determined that factors such as large amount of residual coal in the goaf,severe air leakage,and slow advancement speed in some sections will induce spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf.Based on this,a monitoring and prediction system(including manual and automatic monitoring)is constructed to achieve gas composition monitoring in the mining face and goaf,and to achieve early warning of residual coal spontaneous combustion.Based on the characteristics of mining,a fire prevention and extinguishing technology system is constructed,including nitrogen injection,sealing of inlet and return air corners,spraying inhibitor,and injecting yellow mud.After on-site application,the temperature and CO concentration in the mining face and goaf were always within the safe range.During the mining process,no iconic gases such as C_(2)H_(4) were detected for spontaneous combustion.The fire prevention and extinguishing technology system has achieved good application results.
