摘  要:现阶段,中板厂的圆盘剪控制系统在剪切过程中仍旧会面临剪切刃间隙调节精度不准、装置整机运行调节失控等诸多问题,传统的简易剪切设备已经不能满足实际的生产需求。为了能够有效提升圆盘剪设备的剪切精度,主要针对圆盘剪切机构成及其存在的问题进行简要阐述,重点探讨了圆盘剪设备的优化实践,以期为圆盘剪设备稳定运行提供重要参考。At present,the disc shear control system in the medium plate factory still faces many problems during the cutting process,such as inaccurate adjustment accuracy of the shear blade gap and uncontrolled adjustment of the entire device operation.Traditional simple cutting equipment can no longer meet the actual production needs.In order to improve the disc shear equipment and effectively enhance its cutting accuracy,a brief explanation is mainly given on the composition and existing problems of the disc shear,with a focus on exploring the optimization practice of the disc shear equipment,in order to provide important reference for the stable production and operation of the disc shear equipment.
