摘　　要：目的:研究以黄精、益智仁为主的复方固体饮料健脾渗湿作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,空白组正常饲养,每天经口灌胃给予阴性对照组生理盐水,低、中、高3个剂量组分别给予2 g·(kg bw)^(-1)、4 g·(kg bw)^(-1)、6 g·(kg bw)^(-1)固体饮料,每次灌胃间隔12 h。用药10 d后,测量小鼠脾脏与胸腺重量,计算脾脏指数、胸腺指数、给药前后体重增长率。结果:灌胃复方固体饮料的低、中、高剂量组小鼠体重增长率、脾脏指数、胸腺指数均高于阴性对照组,且呈浓度依赖关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以黄精、益智仁为主的复方固体饮料可以增强脾的运化功能,消除水湿。Objective:To study the effect of a compound solid drink with Polygonatum sibiricum and Alpinae oxyphyllae Miq.as the main ingredient on invigorating spleen and dampness.Method:The mouse were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 mouse in each group.The blank group was fed normally,and the negative control group was given normal saline by oral intragastric administration every day,and the low,medium and high dose groups were given 2 g·(kg bw)^(-1),4 g·(kg bw)^(-1) and 6 g·(kg bw)^(-1) solid drinks,respectively,at an interval of 12 h for each intragastric administration.After 10 days of administration,spleen and thymus weight of mice were measured,spleen index,thymus index and weight growth rate before and after administration were calculated.Result:The growth rate of body weight,spleen index and thymus index of mice in low,medium and high dose groups were higher than those in negative control group,and there was a concentration dependent relationship,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound solid drink with Polygonatum sibiricum and Alpinae oxyphyllae Miq.can enhance function of spleen and eliminate moisture.
