宁夏农产品冷链物流发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：宁夏农产品冷链物流的发展具有明显产业特色、地理位置优越及交通便利等优势,也存在经济体量偏小、农产品冷链生产和物流企业规模偏小、农产品冷链物流人才匮乏等问题。宁夏农产品冷链物流的发展,既面临国家政策的大力支持、市场前景更加广泛、农产品电商物流的兴起等诸多机遇,也面临公路运输盈利偏低多式联运发展滞后、冷链物流设施落后比较优势不够明显、农产品物流标准化程度较低等挑战。为此,要通过加快冷链仓储基础建设或扩容升级、建立农产品冷链信息化和标准化体系、完善人才培养机制、加强人才队伍建设、鼓励冷链物流跨界融合、发展第三方物流、满足线上线下客户的个性需求、积极拓展增值业务等措施来促进宁夏农产品冷链物流的发展。The development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Ningxia has advantages of obvious industrial characteristic,advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation,but there are also problems such as small economic volume,small scale production and enterprises,and shortage of talents.It not only faces many opportunities such as strong support from national policies,broader market prospects,the rise of agricultural products e-commerce logistics,but also faces challenges such as low profitability of highway transportation,lagging development of multimodal transportation,backward cold chain logistics facilities,not obvious comparative advantages,and low standardization degree.Therefore,the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Ningxia should be promoted by accelerating cold chain storage infrastructure construction or capacity expansion and upgrading,establishing information and standardization system,strengthening talent team construction,encouraging cross-border integration and developing third-party logistics,meeting the individual needs of online and offline customers,actively expanding value-added services.
