摘 要:交通运输业是国民经济发展的基础性产业,为我国经济增长做出重要贡献。随着吉林省经济发展的不断深入,城市化进程加快,交通运输业需求不断增长的同时,也带来了大量的碳排放,对生态环境造成了威胁。为促进实现双碳战略目标,完善吉林省低碳交通运输发展,文中对其现状作出阐述并运用相关数据进行分析,提出以数字化赋能吉林省低碳运输的框架及设想,对数字化技术应用吉林省未来低碳交通运输做出展望,加快形成资源节约和环境友好的吉林省运输发展新格局。The transportation industry is a basic industry in the development of national economy and makes an important contribution to the economic growth of our country.With the deepening of economic development in Jilin Province and the acceleration of urbanization,the growing demand of transportation industry also brings a large amount of carbon emission,which poses a threat to the ecological environment.In order to promote the realization of the dual-carbon strategic goal and improve the development of low-carbon transport in Jilin Province,this paper expounds its current situation and analyzes it with relevant data,puts forward the framework and assumption of enabling low-carbon transport in Jilin Province with digitalization,and makes prospects for the future low-carbon transport in Jilin Province with the application of digital technology,to accelerate the formation of a new pattern of resource-saving and environment-friendly transport development in Jilin Province.
