摘　　要：高校实验室安全内涵包括人身安全、化学品安全、生物安全、实验室安全建设、实验操作安全、设备安全、危险废弃物及环保等诸多方面。在实验室安全工作中坚持“预防为主、教育先行”的原则,通盘考虑建立实验室安全综合准入管理制度,将人员培训和教育、项目风险辨识、危险化学品管理、特种设备准入管理有机结合,联合安全检查等常态化措施,实现闭环管理,推进高校科研实验室安全综合准入管理制度的落实,提升准入制度实施成效。The connotation of university laboratory safety includes personal safety,chemical safety,biological safety,laboratory construction,experimental operation safety,equipment safety,hazardous waste and environmental protection.Adhere to the principle of“prevention first,education first”in laboratory safety work,comprehensively consider establishing a comprehensive laboratory safety access management system that organically combining personnel training and education,project risk identification,hazardous chemicals management,and special equipment management,as well as the systematic safety inspections,which is the normalization measure,to achieve closed-loop management,promoting the implementation of the comprehensive access management system for university laboratories,and improving the effectiveness of the access system implementation.
