高校生物实验室安全档案管理工作探析

摘　　要：高校实验室安全档案是实验室重要的历史资料和有形财富。生物实验室安全管理难度大,对档案的管理要求高。当前高校实验室安全档案管理工作存在归档薄弱、管理制度缺失、管理能力不强、管理手段落后、档案利用率低等问题,不利于安全工作的开展。为进一步规范高校生物实验室安全档案管理,从加强组织领导、健全规章制度、加强业务指导、提高信息化水平以及提高档案利用率等四个方面,为高校生物实验室安全档案管理工作提出了措施。Safety files are important historical data and tangible wealth of the laboratory.The safety management of biological laboratories is difficult,which also need high management requirements.At present,there are some problems in the management of university laboratory safety archives,such as weak archiving,lack of management system,weak management capabilities,backward management methods,and low file utilization,which is not conducive to safety work.In order to further standardize the file management on the safety work of university biological laboratories,it provides an effective way for the safety file management of university laboratories from the aspects of organizational leadership,establishment of regulations,strengthen business guidance,improve the level of informatization and the file utilization rate.
