摘 要:新一轮的科技革命和产业变革正在加速进行,培养科学基础厚、工程能力强、综合素质高的工程科技人才是时代的要求。对工科人才培养现状和存在的问题进行剖析,以本科毕业设计为切入点,以新工科建设理念为引导,介绍浙江大学机械工程学院一流人才培养新模式的探索,分享在本科毕业设计产学合作、跨界交叉融合、平台搭建等方面的核心改革举措,并深入阐述该探索在提升本科毕业设计质量和达成人才培养目标等方面的实际成效。With the acceleration of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,cultivating high-quality engineering and scientific talents is the call of the times.This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of engineering talent cultivation.Under the guidance of the ideas of“Emerging Engineering Education”,this paper starts with the undergraduate senior design project of the School of Mechanical Engineering,Zhejiang University,introduces the reform actions on the undergraduate senior design project from the aspects of industry-university collaboration,interdisciplinary integration,and platform construction as one of the attempts in the new model of first-class talent cultivation,and enumerates the achievements on talent cultivation and the quality improvement in the undergraduate senior design project in the process of the reform.
