不锈钢与碳钢的异种钢焊接技术要点探讨

摘　　要：随着现代工业技术的不断发展,很多企业、工厂在选择设备时会采用不锈钢作为材料,不锈钢的用途也越来越广泛,采用不锈钢材料能够有效起到防腐蚀的作用,将其用到设备的主要构件上具有十分重要的意义。但是,在现实生产中,不锈钢的价格比普通钢材的价格要高,导致企业在购入设备材料时成本增加,所以很多企业或工厂为能够实现经济最大效益,在选择设备材料时会利用工业的办法将不锈钢与碳钢的异种钢进行焊接,从而在确保材料质量不下降的基础上降低投入成本。因此,为能够更好地研究不锈钢与碳钢的异种钢焊接技术,该文主要就不锈钢与碳钢的异种钢焊接性能和焊接条件进行分析,就不锈钢与碳钢的异种钢在焊接中遇到的问题提出相关的焊接工艺,以期为不锈钢与碳钢的异种钢焊接提供一定的参考意见和思路。With the continuous development of modern industrial technology,many enterprises and factories will use stainless steel as the material when choosing equipment,and the use of stainless steel is more and more extensive.The use of stainless steel material can effectively play the role of anti-corrosion.It is of great significance to apply it to the main components of the equipment.However,in the actual production,the price of stainless steel is higher than that of ordinary steel,which leads to an increase in the cost of purchasing equipment materials,so many enterprises or factories in order to achieve the maximum economic benefit,in the selection of equipment materials,the industrial method will be used to weld stainless steel and carbon steel,so as to reduce the input cost on the basis of ensuring that the material quality does not decline.Therefore,in order to better study the dissimilar steel welding technology between stainless steel and carbon steel,this paper mainly analyzes the weldability and welding conditions of dissimilar steel between stainless steel and carbon steel,and puts forward the relevant welding process for the problems encountered in the welding of dissimilar steel between stainless steel and carbon steel,in order to provide some reference and ideas for the welding of dissimilar steel between stainless steel and carbon steel.
