膨胀管套管补贴技术在煤层气水平井中的应用

摘　　要：随着煤层气行业水平井的广泛应用,不同程度的套管损坏现象严重制约着煤层气井的投入生产。膨胀管套管补贴技术借助操作方便,密封可靠、修复后套管通径较大的优势,特别适用于套损井修复。该文介绍膨胀管套管补贴技术的工作原理,分析XT01-H1水平井的套损原因,给出膨胀管的材质选择及技术参数。通过XT01-H1煤层气水平井的成功应用,有效修复套损部位,达到预期目的,取得良好的效果,并为同类型煤层气水平井套损问题的处理提供一定的实践指导意义。With the wide application of horizontal wells in coalbed methane industry,the production of coalbed methane was restricted seriously by different degrees of casing damage.With the advantages of convenient operation、reliable sealing and large casing diameter after repair,the expansion pipe casing patch technology was suitable for repair of casing damage well especially.The working principle of the expansion pipe casing patch technology was introduced,the causes of casing damage of XT01-H1 horizontal well was analyzed,the technical parameters and material selection of the expansion pipe was gave in this paper.The casing damage part was effectively repaired,the expected purpose was achieved,and good results were achieved through the successful application of XT01-H1 horizontal well,and the certain practical guiding significance was provided for the treatment of casing damage in the same type of coalbed methane horizontal well.
