小麦种子繁育过程中育种家对种子保纯容忍度的研究

摘  要:育种家种子保纯繁育是保障小麦种子质量和产量达到国家要求最重要的环节,本试验从育种家选育并审定的小麦品种中选取郑麦1860、郑麦7698、郑麦0943和郑麦1354等四个品种为研究材料,由授权企业和育种家在生育期内开展以株高、株型、叶色、穗型、芒长等5个关键农艺性状的调查,分别抽取1~5个关键农艺性状对其一致性进行鉴别和筛选,单独混收并对其进行纯度检测,经过比对和方差分析,找出符合育种家种子标准的快速鉴别性状为株高和叶色,确定其性状允许存在的变异和分离异质容忍程度为0~0.005%。The breeding technology of keeping the purity of wheat seeds by breeders is the most important link to ensure that the quality and yield of wheat seeds meet the national requirements.In this paper,four wheat varieties Zhengmai1860,Zhengmai7698,Zhengmai0943 and Zhengmai1354 were selected as research materials from the wheat varieties selected and approved by breeders,and the authorized enterprises and breeders carried out the research on plant height,plant type,leaf color,ear type for the investigation of five key agronomic traits such as awn length,1 to 5 key agronomic traits were selected respectively to identify and screen their consistency,mixed harvest separately and detect their purity.Through comparison and analysis of variance,it was found that the rapid identification traits in line with the breeder's seed standard were plant height and leaf color,and the tolerance of variation and separation heterogeneity was 0-0.005%.
