三种外源物质对镉胁迫下紫花苜蓿种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：为探究镉(Cd)胁迫对紫花苜蓿种子萌发的影响,以及外源物质对Cd胁迫的缓解效果,本研究以维多利亚紫花苜蓿为材料,通过在筛选出的能明显抑制该紫花苜蓿品种种子萌发的Cd浓度下分别用吲哚乙酸(IAA)、水杨酸(SA)和柠檬酸(CA)三种外源物质处理紫花苜蓿种子并检测其萌发情况。结果表明,Cd浓度在100 mg/L以上时对维多利亚紫花苜蓿种子萌发有明显的抑制作用;三种外源物质预处理紫花苜蓿种子均能不同程度的缓解Cd对种子萌发的胁迫;检测的4个萌发指标(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指标和活力指数)中发芽指数无显著变化,不适用于作为指示Cd胁迫缓解的生理指标。To explore the effect of cadmium(Cd)stress on seed germination of alfalfa,and the alleviative effect of exogenous substances on Cd stress.Using alfalfa as the material,under the Cd concentration that can significantly inhibit the seed germination of the alfalfa variety,indoleacetic acid(IAA),salicylic acid(SA)and alfalfa seeds were treated to detect with citric acid(CA)and their germination.The results showed seed germination was severely inhibited under 100 mg/L Cd 2+solution or higher concentration.IAA,SA and CA were valid to alleviate the toxicity of Cd 2+on seed germination.Germination index was not suitable for the physiological indices of Cd toxicity mitigation under three exogenous substances.
