摘 要:本文研究了紫外光变法防晒效果评价的技术工艺,对紫外光变基材的均匀性和稳定性进行了研究,并对辐照度及时长进行了优化。研究发现,紫外光变基材的均匀性和稳定性会影响测试结果;辐照时长或强度的变化会影响紫外光变基材的颜色,需选取最佳测试辐照时长和测试辐照度范围,以满足紫外光变法测色需求。测试过程对比研究表明,采用辐照度法固定辐照时长,更容易控制测试终点;采用辐照时间法改变辐照时长,根据颜色变化进行终点判断,测试难度较大,不利于提高防晒化妆品SPF值测试效率。This study explores the evaluation technology for the sunscreen effect using ultraviolet photochromism methods.The uniformity and stability of ultraviolet photochromism materials are investigated,and the irradiation intensity and duration are optimized.It is found that the uniformity and stability of the materials have influence on the test results.In addition,irradiation intensity and duration affect the color changes of the photochromatic materials.In order to meet the colorimetry requirements of ultraviolet photochromism methods,the optimal test duration and irradiation intensity range for the materials are supposed to be determined.A comparative study of the testing procedures reveals that controlling the end of testing is easier with the irradiance method,which fixes the irradiation duration.However,when the irradiation duration method is adopted to change the duration of colorimetry and determine the end of testing based on color consistency,the testing becomes more challenging,hindering the improvement of SPF testing efficiency for sunscreen cosmetics.
