摘　　要：心意六合拳(简称“心意拳”)是我国优秀的拳种,近年来对其研究多着眼于传承、历史,而对其健身机理的研究相对少。文章从运动发育及姿势控制角度对心意拳的“六艺”进行阐述,以探讨其在武医融合的模式下对健康中国战略促进、对运动损伤预防及康复的实际意义。Xinyi Liuhe Boxing(Xinyiquan for short)is an excellent kind of boxing in our country.In recent years,the researches on it mostly focus on the inheritance and history,but the researches on its fitness mechanism are relatively less.This study expounds the"Six Arts"of the Xinyiquan from the perspective of motor development and posture control,in order to explore its practical significance in promoting the strategy of health in China and in the prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries under the mode of Wushu and medicine integration.
