少林拳与南拳比较研究——基于起源、技术与传播三重视角下的契合点

摘　　要：武术作为我国重要的民族传统体育项目之一,蕴含着古代先贤的智慧,传承着华夏民族的精神,是具有中国特色的一种文化形态。武术拳种繁多,其中以少林拳和南拳两大拳种最具有民族代表性。少林拳起源于我国北方地区,属于外家拳,而同属于外家拳的南拳,则起源于南方,两大拳种发源地不同、功法不同,但同时又都蕴含着中华民族优秀传统文化,它们之间有着千丝万缕的联系。文章运用文献资料研究法和比较研究法,从少林拳与南拳的起源、技术风格特点和传播途径三个角度对两者之间的契合点进行分析,以期助推武术文化的传播与发展。As one of the important national traditional sports,wushu contains the wisdom of ancient sages,inherits the spirit of the Chinese nation,and is the most cultural form with Chinese characteristics.There are many kinds of wushu,among which Shaolin boxing and Nanquan are the most representative.Shaolinquan originated from the northern part of China,which belongs to the foreign boxing,while Nanquan,which also belongs to the foreign boxing,originated from the south.The two types of boxing have different origins and different skills,but at the same time,they are rich in the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,which is closely related to each other.In this paper,with the help of the method of literature and comparative study,from the origin of Shaolin boxing and Southern boxing,the characteristics of technical style,transmission of the three perspectives of the point of convergence between them are analyzed,in order to promote the spread and development of Wushu culture.
