家庭体育文化对幼儿体育行为的影响研究

摘　　要：幼儿时期是发展人潜能的第一个重要时期,幼儿期的健康发展是人生的基础,此时期的幼儿身体、心理以及智力等方面的问题都应该被重视。发展幼儿体育,不但能增强幼儿体质,还有助于培养幼儿勇敢顽强的精神,对幼儿从身体到精神具有多方面的好处,中华武术,源远流长,武术是中华民族传统文化之魂,既能强身健体、增强体质,同时也能修身养性,培养道德情操、锻炼意志品质。家庭是幼儿生活的第一场所,家庭体育文化对发展幼儿武术运动和尚武精神具有直接且重要的影响。本研究对107个幼儿的家庭进行问卷调查。研究发现,家庭月收入与愿意为幼儿体育行为付费程度并非线性关系,中等家庭可能更乐意为幼儿付费。幼儿在运动时受到长辈的赞许,会影响其对体育运动的喜欢程度,父母运动将有助于鼓励幼儿主动参与体育行为。家庭体育文化影响幼儿的尚武精神。Early childhood is the first important period for developing human potential,and the healthy development of early childhood is the foundation of life,and the physical,psychological and intellectual aspects of young children in this period should be paid attention to.The development of early childhood sports not only enhances the physical fitness of young children,but also helps to cultivate their brave and tenacious spirit,which has many benefits for young children from physical to spiritual.Chinese martial arts,with its long history,is the soul of traditional Chinese culture,which can not only strengthen the body and enhance physical fitness,but also cultivate the body,cultivate moral sentiment and exercise the quality of will.The family is the first place where young children live,and a good or bad family physical culture has a direct and important influence on the development of young children's martial arts movement and martial spirit.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the families of 107 young children.It was found that monthly family income was not linearly related to the degree of willingness to pay for young children's sports behaviors,and that moderate families may be more willing to pay for young children.The approval of young children by their elders while playing sports will influence their enjoyment of sports,and parental sports will help encourage young children to actively engage in sports behaviors.Family sports culture influences young children's martial spirit.
