M30甲醇汽油在发动机台架的性能测试研究

摘　　要：本文采用M30甲醇汽油与在售的京标92#、95#汽油在发动机台架上进行外特性试验和负荷特性试验,对测量结果进行动力性、经济性和排放特性分析。实验结果表明:在未对发动机作任何改动前提下,M30甲醇汽油较92#、95#汽油动力性均有2%-4%的提高,在经济性上,燃油消耗率比92#、95#汽油提高15%;在排放方面,M30甲醇汽油在测试的转速和负荷区域的常规污染物排放量均有所减低。External characteristic test and load characteristic test in the engine test bench with M30 methanol gasoline and the standard 92#,95#gasoline,the power,economic and emission of the measurement results are analyzed.The experimental results show that the methanol gasoline compared with 92#,95#gasoline on the power performance has increased significantly,compared with about 4%higher than that of 92#gasoline,2%higher than 95#gasoline.On the economy M30 gasoline fuel consumption rate 15%higher than 92#,95#gasoline.The emission of M30 gasoline in the conventional driving speed and the load area of the pollutant emissions have been reduced.
