摘  要:逆向工程已广泛应用于产品创新设计与改型中,本文以某水泵泵盖为研究对象,基于逆向工程设计和3D打印技术,展示了泵盖的快速重构和成型全过程。描述了由Win3DD-M扫描仪数据采集、Geomagic Wrap 3D三维扫描数据处理软件逆向建模设计过程和Geomagic Design X软件对数据模型后处理重构过程,最后通过3D打印设备打印出泵盖样品,与原泵盖样品契合度较高。采用逆向工程设计的泵盖可缩短产品的设计研发周期、提高设计研发效率,本文研究结果对其他产品设计具有一定参考价值。Reverse engineering has been widely applied in product innovation design and modification.This article takes a certain water pump cover as the research object,and based on reverse engineering design and 3D printing technology,demonstrates the entire process of rapid reconstruction and molding of the pump cover.Described the data collection process using the Win3DD-M scanner,the reverse modeling design process using Geomagic Wrap3D scanning data processing software,and the post processing reconstruction process of the data model using Geomagic Design X software.Finally,the pump cover sample was printed using a 3D printing device,which had a high fit with the original pump cover sample.The use of reverse engineering design for pump covers can shorten the product design and development cycle,improve design and development efficiency.The research results in this article have certain reference value for other product designs.
