摘　　要：要Flex Pack^(TM)HP測定是一種快速、可見定性的免疫色層法檢查,用於測定人體血清中的幽門螺桿菌(HP)IgG抗體。本文用ABBOTT Hex Pack^(TM)HP檢查216個到本院診治的消化不良患者的血清,同時與組織學檢查對照,結果Flex Pack^(TM)HP的相對敏感性和特異性分別為94%和87.8%,與組織學的符合率達90.7%。因其操作簡便,無需專門的儀器或設備,測定結果產生快(祇需4分鐘)、準確,值得在臨床上推廣應用。The Flex Pack^(TM)HP test is a rapid,Visual,qualitative immunochromatagraphic method for detection of human serum IgG antibodies to Helicobacter pylori.Two hundred and sixteen dyspeptic patient serum samples were examined by the ABBOTT Flex Pack^(TM)HP test and results were compared to histology findings.Results revealed that the relative sensitirity and specificity of the Flex Pack^(TM)HP test were 94% and 87.8%,and the overall agreement between serology and histology findings was 90.7%.The test is simple to perform,requires no specialized equipments or instrumentation and yields rapidly(4 minutes)accurate results.So,the test is applicable to clinical purpose.
