摘  要:通过天基卫星网、空基自组网和地面蜂窝网的优势互补,空天地一体化应急通信网络能够扩大应急通信覆盖和救援业务范围,实现多域全天候应急通信服务。为了满足应急场景中用户对服务质量的要求,提出了空天地一体化应急通信网络架构,概述了该架构下面临的关键技术挑战。同时,针对通信、感知和计算等任务调度问题,从调度方案、决策和求解三个方面对空天地一体化应急通信网络中任务调度的研究现状、技术原理和未来发展趋势进行了分析和展望。Space-air-ground integrated networks leverage the complementary advantages of space-based satellite networks,airborne selforganizing networks,and ground cellular networks,enabling an expansion of emergency communication coverage and enhanced rescue operation capabilities.This results in the provision of multi-domain,all-weather emergency communication services.To meet the quality of service requirements in emergency scenarios,this paper proposes a space-air-ground integrated emergency communication network architecture,while outlining the key technical challenges associated with its implementation.Moreover,a comprehensive analysis and projection of the research status,technical principles,and future development trends of task scheduling in the space-air-ground integrated emergency communication network are presented,focusing on communication,perception,and computation aspects,with a perspective on scheduling schemes,decision-making,and solution methods.
