技术发展逻辑视域下中国式现代化的实践方略

摘　　要：科技创新是国家和地区现代化建设的重要动力之一,科技发展水平是衡量现代化程度的基准线。资本主义现代化与技术发展呈现出紧密结合的态势,即资本逻辑主导并体现为技术发展的逻辑。在对资本主义生产方式进行批判过程中,马克思也关注到技术问题,既高度肯定了科学技术在社会发展中的作用,也深刻揭示了科学技术的资本主义运用所带来的难以克服的矛盾和问题,为超越资本主义技术发展的历史局限指明了方向和出路。中国式现代化的本质是人的现代化,在加快建设科技强国的同时,必须坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,全面厘清资本主义技术发展与人的发展的悖论,在已取得伟大成就基础上不断探索和完善走出资本主义技术发展逻辑牢笼的实践方略。Scientific and technological innovation is one of the key driving forces of China’s national and regional modernization construction,and the level of scientific and technological development is the base line to measure the degree of modernization.Capitalist modernization and technological devel⁃opment show a trend of close combination,which means the logic of capital dominates and manifests itself as the logic of technological development.In the process of criticizing the capitalist mode of pro⁃duction,Marx also paid attention to the problem of technology.He not only highly affirmed the role of science and technology in social development,but also profoundly revealed the insurmountable con⁃tradictions and problems brought about by the capitalist application of science and technology,and pointed out the direction and way out for overcoming the historical limitations of the development of capitalist technology.The essence of Chinese-style modernization is humanity’s modernization.While speeding up building China into a leader in science and technology,we must adhere to the people centered philosophy,comprehensively clarify the paradox between capitalist technological development and human development,and constantly explore and improve practical strategies for getting out of the logical cage of capitalist technological development on the basis of great achievements already made.
