摘 要:再生铜回收价值越来越高,已逐渐成为再生铜企业的主要原料之一。废杂铜作为其中最为广泛的一种,可分为不同种类和品位。品位较高的废杂铜样品制备可参照《冶炼用铜废料取制样方法》(YS/T 1172—2017)标准进行。低品位的废杂铜在参照此标准进行样品制备过程中存在熔融难度大,甚至存在无法熔融的情况,且品位越低,其在质量检验过程中样品制备的难度就越大。重点介绍了一种针对铜品位低于50%且含有其他非铜杂质(物)的废杂铜的制备方法,有效解决了低品位废杂铜样品制备的难题。The value of recycled copper resources is very high,and it has gradually become one of the main raw materials of copper recycling enterprises.As one of the most extensive recycled copper,scrap copper can be divided into different types and grades.The sample preparation of higher grade waste copper can be carried out according to the standard《Methods for Sampling and Sample Preparation of Copper Scrap Used for Pyrometallurgy》(YS/T 1172—2017).Low grade waste copper could be refractory or even non-molten in sample preparation.The lower the grade of waste copper,the more difficult it is to prepare the sample in the process of quality inspection.This paper focused on a preparation method for waste copper with copper grade less than 50%,which effectively solves the problem of refractory.
