摘　　要：为加快推动生态文明建设,为宜居宜业宜游的新时代县域建设注入水动能,对山东省莒南县治水管水用水模式开展研究。文章通过分析莒南县治水管水用水方面存在的问题,提出了探索水利工作新模式的必要性,对莒南县打造治水管水用水“新模式”采取的水利工程建设、现代化管护模式、水利领域改革等方面的做法进行了总结,并分析了新模式对莒南县产生的影响,以期对其他地区的水利工作的开展起到借鉴作用。Water is an important factor constraining the high-quality development of the local economy and society.In order to accelerate the promotion of ecological civilization construction and inject momentum into the construction of a livable,business-friendly,and tourist-friendly county in the new era,research is being conducted on the water management and water usage models in Junan County,Shandong Province.This paper analyzes the problems existing in water management and water usage in Junan County,highlights the necessity of exploring new models in water conservancy work,and summarizes the practices adopted in Junan County to create a“new model”of water management and water usage,including water conservancy engineering construction,modern management and maintenance models,and reforms in the water sector.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the impacts of the new model on Junan County and aims to provide reference for the implementation of water conservancy work in other regions.
