摘  要:以84 MW热水锅炉及运行参数为对象,分析3种煤质轻微变化煤粉的燃烧特性。结果表明:各运行参数随负荷变化符合实际运行情况,煤粉种类1到种类3,由于工业分析及发热量之间的差异,在双锥水冷燃烧器燃烧组织下,供料频率和炉膛燃烧温度依次降低,水平烟道烟气温度及氧含量和排烟温度依次升高,燃烧效率均>99%且逐渐降低。因此,3种煤粉的燃烧适用性较好,且燃用种类2更为合适。Based on the 84 MW hot water boiler and its operating parameters,the combustion characteristics of three types of coal with slight changes in coal quality were analyzed.The results show that the variation of various operating parameters with load is in line with the actual operating situation,with coal powder types 1 to 3.Due to the differences in industrial analysis and heat generation,under the combustion organization of the double cone water-cooled burner,the feed frequency and furnace combustion temperature decrease sequentially,while the horizontal flue gas temperature,oxygen content,and exhaust gas temperature increase sequentially.The combustion efficiency is higher than 99%and gradually decreases.Therefore,the combustion applicability of the three types of coal powder is good,and the combustion type 2 is more suitable.
