摘  要:介绍了提铁减锌回转窑工程用功能耐火材料的研发背景,论述了功能型新材料研发、综合砌筑结构优化和节能降耗等技术革新。通过优化回转窑、窑头罩和沉降室等关键部位耐火材料和结构,有效延长提铁减锌回转窑工程的使用寿命,降低能源消耗,实现了新产品、新技术良好的应用效果。The research and development background of functional refractory materials for iron and zinc reduction rotary kiln engineering is introduced,and technological innovations such as the development of functional new materials,optimization of comprehensive masonry structures,and energy conservation and consumption reduction are discussed.By optimizing the refractory materials and structures of key parts such as the rotary kiln,kiln head cover,and settling chamber,the service life of the iron and zinc reducing rotary kiln project is effectively extended,and energy consumption is reduced,so good application effects of new products and technologies are achieved.
