摘　　要：通过对针状焦煅烧回转窑工艺过程进行危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP),确定煅烧回转窑区域为SIL2安全等级,据此配置回转窑安全仪表控制系统(SIS)。燃气管线上的仪表按照2冗余配备,执行单元按照1冗余配备。编制出回转窑SIS逻辑控制,实现针状焦煅烧回转窑安全可靠停窑。By conducting Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP)of the process of needle coke cal cination rotary kiln,the calcination rotary kiln area is determined to be SIL2 safety level.Based on this,the rotary kiln safety instrument control system(SIS)is configured.The instruments on the gas pipeline are equipped with 2 redundancy,and the execution unit is equipped with 1 redundancy.A logic control system for the rotary kiln SIS is developed to achieve safe and reliable shutdown of the needle coke calcination rotary kiln.
