摘  要:对锅炉排烟热损失的计算问题展开了分析。归纳总结了与此相关的国标、行标和近年来学者们的学术观点。认为在计算冷凝锅炉和排烟中水蒸气量较多的非冷凝锅炉的排烟热损失时,不应采用通用的排烟热损失公式。基于行业标准NB/T 47066-2018,推导出了排烟热损失Q2新的表达式;在此基础上引入了计算冷凝潜热损失的基准参数。最后以1台额定蒸发量1 t/h的燃气锅炉为算例,分别用通用公式、新公式和修正后的新公式对排烟热损失进行了计算;验证了修正后的新公式的精确性。The analysis was conducted on the calculation of heat loss from boiler exhaust smoke.The relevant national standards,industry standards,and academic viewpoints of scholars in recent years are summarized.It is believed that the universal formula for exhaust heat loss should not be used when calculating the exhaust heat loss of condensing boilers and non condensing boilers with a large amount of water vapor in smoke exhaust.Based on the industry standard NB/T 47066-2018,a new expression of exhaust heat loss Q2 is derived;on this basis,a reference parameter for calculating condensation latent heat loss is introduced.Finally,a gas boiler with rated evaporation of 1 t/h is taken as an example,and the heat loss of exhaust gas is calculated by using the general formula,the new formula and the modified new formula respectively;verify the accuracy of the revised new formula.
