标准化护理流程对老年全髋关节置换术后康复及并发症发生的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究标准化护理流程对老年全髋关节置换术后康复及并发症发生率的影响。方法:选我院2019年1月至2021年12月期间100例接受全髋关节置换术老年患者,随机分为A组(50例)、B组(50例),分别实施常规护理、标准化护理流程干预,比较两组围手术期相关指标、髋关节功能(Harris)、并发症发生率。结果:术后胃肠功能恢复时间、术后下床时间、住院时间:B组<A组(P<0.05);Harris评分:术前B组与A组相近(P>0.05);术后1个月、3个月、6个月:B组>A组(P<0.05);并发症发生率:B组<A组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年全髋关节置换术患者实施标准化护理流程,可缩短术后康复时间,改善其髋关节功能,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the infl uence of standardized nursing process on the rehabilitation and complication rate of elderly patients after total hip replacement.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2021,100 elderly patients who received total hip replacement in the hospital were randomly divided into group A(50 patients)and group B(50 patients).Routine nursing and standardized nursing process intervention were carried out respectively,and the perioperative related indicators,hip joint function(Harris),and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization after operation were as follows:Group B<Group A(P<0.05);Harris score:preoperative group B was similar to group A(P>0.05);One month,three months and six months after operation:Group B>Group A(P<0.05);Complication rate:Group B<Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing process for elderly patients with total hip replacement can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time,improve their hip joint function and reduce the incidence of complications.
