急性冠脉综合征PCI术后规范化二级预防治疗随访结果浅析

摘　　要：目的:分析在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)PCI术后,应用规范化二级预防管理模式的随访效果。方法:抽取2018年5月至2021年5月于本院行PCI治疗的ACS患者共计100例;计算机1:1随机数列均分组别,参比组(常规二级预防管理,n=50),分析组(规范化二级预防管理,n=50)。随访1年后比较两组生化指标、健康行为及心血管不良事件。结果:分析组在血压、体质量、血糖、心率及胆固醇的控制指标均显著优于参比组,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。分析组患者健康行为践行率高于参比组,心血管不良事件发生率低于参比组,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对行PCI术的ACS患者,采用规范化二级预防管理措施支持,利于改善患者的生化指标,提升健康行为践行率,并降低心血管不良事件发生率,可推广。Objective:To analyze the follow-up visit effect of standardized secondary prevention management after PCI of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:A total of 100 patients with ACS who underwent PCI in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected.Through computer 1:1 random sequence,they were evenly divided into two groups:reference group(conventional secondary prevention management,n=50)and analysis group(standardized secondary prevention management,n=50).After 1 year of follow-up visit,biochemical indices,health behaviors and cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The control indexes of blood pressure,body weight,blood glucose,heart rate and cholesterol in the analysis group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The health behavior practice rate of the analysis group was higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events was lower than that of the reference group,indicating significant data comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:For ACS patients undergoing PCI,the support of standardized secondary prevention management measures is conducive to improving patients'biochemical indexes,improving the practice rate of healthy behaviors,and reducing the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,which can be popularized.
