摘　　要：目的:对标准化护理运用于新生儿监护室中的临床效果进行分析。方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院于2020年11月-2022年12月期间接收的新生儿80例作为评估对象,并以按入院时间进行排序,根据排序单双号法将其平均分为2组,即对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予标准化护理,对比两组的并发症发生情况、家长满意度和护理效果。结果:经比较两组的实验结果,观察组的护理有效率和家长满意度均高于对照组,并发症发生率呈更低,组间对比有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:给监护室新生儿采用标准化护理的临床效果确切,可切实减少并发症的出现,提高整体护理效果和家长的满意程度,促使新生儿早日离开监护室,可在临床中大力推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of standardized nursing in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 80 neonatal cases admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from November 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the evaluation objects,and they were divided into 2 groups according to the single and even number method of sorting,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given standardized nursing,and the complications,parental satisfaction and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After comparing the experimental results of the two groups,the nursing efficiency and parental satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but the complication rate was lower,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of standardized nursing for newborns in the intensive care unit is accurate,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the overall nursing effect and parents'satisfaction,and promote the early departure of newborns from the intensive care unit,which can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
