摘　　要：数字经济发展是当下全球关注的热点。我国《“十四五”数字经济发展规划》强调数字技术与各产业的广泛融合是未来经济的主要发展方向。数字技术的快速发展及新冠病毒等疾病病流行使人类“数字化生存”的时长日渐增加。我们将承载人类数字化生存行为和情感的“场所”称为“数字建成环境”,优质的数字建成环境能够有效提高人类“数字化生存质量”,其设计、构建范式亟需理论基础的支撑。文章以“元宇宙”的概念界定为起点,从社会架构与空间架构两个视角搭建数字建成环境的理论框架;梳理数字经济发展趋势中的建筑产业数字化转型进展;为数字建成环境的研究、设计、构建提供理论框架与发展启示。The development of the digital economy is currently a hot topic of global concern.China's Plan for Promoting the Development of the Digital Economy in the 14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)emphasises that the broad integration of digital technology with various industries is the main direction for future economic development.With the rapid development of digital technology and the spread of diseases such as COVID-19,the duration of human"digital being"is increasing.We refer to the"place"that carries human digital being behaviours and emotions as the"digital built environment".A high-quality digital built environment can effectively improve the"quality of digital being"of humanity,and its design and construction paradigm urgently require theoretical support.The article starts with the definition of the concept of"Metaverse"and constructs a theoretical framework for digital built environments from the perspectives of social architecture and spatial architecture.It sorts out the progress of digital transformation of the construction industry in the development trend of the digital economy,providing a theoretical framework and development inspiration for the research,design,and construction of digital built environments.
