摘  要:试验旨在探究寒冷环境下苜蓿叶绿素荧光参数的变化规律,筛选适宜黑龙江地区种植的苜蓿种质材料。以6个苜蓿品种为试验材料,测定苜蓿荧光参数,如初始荧光、可变荧光、光化学效率、潜在光化学效率、光化学淬灭系数和非光化学淬灭系数,利用隶属函数对苜蓿种质的光合特性进行评价。结果显示:冷胁迫下,龙牧801的光化学效率最高;草原3号和龙牧801的可变荧光、潜在光化学效率显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),初始荧光显著低于其他品种(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各品种非光化学淬灭系数、光化学淬灭系数分别增加或降低23.09%~34.01%和14.11%~26.20%。运用隶属函数对各品种的荧光参数进行评价,得出品种的光合强弱顺序为:龙牧801>草原3号>皇后>康赛>阿迪娜>赛迪。研究表明,龙牧801和草原3号的光合性能较强,适宜在黑龙江地区种植。The experiment was conducted to study the changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of alfalfa under cold environment,aiming at screening the germplasm materials suitable for planting in Heilongjiang Province.The fluorescence parameters such as initial fluorescence,variable fluorescence,photochemical efficiency,potential photochemical efficiency,photochemical quenching coefficient and non-photochemical quenching coefficient were measured in six alfalfa varieties.The photosynthetic characteristics of alfalfa germplasm were evaluated by membership function.The results showed that the photochemical efficiency of Longmu 801 was the highest under cold stress.The variable fluorescence and potential photochemical efficiency of Grassland No.3 and Longmu 801 were significantly higher than those of other varieties(P<0.05),and the initial fluorescence was significantly lower than that of other varieties(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the non-photochemical quenching coefficient and photochemical quenching coefficient of all varieties increased or decreased by 23.09%~34.01%and 14.11%~26.20%,respectively.The membership function was used to evaluate the fluorescence parameters of each variety,and the photosynthetic order was as follows:Longmu 801>Grassland No.3>Empress>Kangsai>Adina>Saidi.The study indicates that Longmu 801 and Grassland No.3 has strong photosynthetic performance and are suitable for planting in Heilongjiang Province.
