摘 要:试验旨在研究芭蕉秆青饲料切碎装置的切削均匀度,为优化芭蕉秆青饲料切削装置提供必要的工程技术参数。运用有限元对芭蕉秆切碎刀片进行静力分析,对切削装置刀轴进行六阶模态分析,设计单因素和正交试验,利用芭蕉秆青饲料切碎装置测定刀轴转速、喂入速度、倾斜角度在不同水平下切碎均匀度。结果显示,切削刀片厚度在3 mm时较为适合切削;切碎装置刀轴振动模量3阶模态为123.74 Hz,仿真结果符合工作要求。正交试验结果确定最佳喂入倾斜角度35°、最佳刀轴转速1 400 r/min、最佳喂入速度11 m/min。各因素对试验结果的影响顺序为:刀轴转速>倾斜角度>喂入速度。研究表明,在刀片厚度3 mm、刀轴转速1 400 r/min、喂入速度11 m/min、喂入倾斜角度35°时,所得结果为芭蕉秆最佳切削均匀度。The cutting uniformity of the plantain stalk green fodder shredding device was studied experimentally,which provided the necessary engineering and technical parameters for optimizing plantain stalk green fodder cutting device.The finite element was used to analyze the static analysis of banana rod shredding blade,sixth-order modal analysis of cutting device spindle was carried out,and single factor and orthogonal test are designed.The spindle speed,feeding speed and inclination angle were measured by the banana rod green fodder shredding device at different levels.The results showed that the thickness of the cutting insert was more suitable for cutting when it is 3 mm.The third-order mode of the vibration modulus of the knife shaft of the shredding device was 123.74 Hz,and the simulation results met the working requirements.The optimal feeding inclination angle was 35°,the optimal speed was 1400 r/min,and the best feed speed was 11 m/min according to the single factor and orthogonal test results.The influence of each factor on the experimental index was cutting speed>tilt angle>feeding speed.The results indicates that when the blade thickness is 3 mm,the spindle speed is 1400 r/min,the feeding speed is 11 m/min,and the feeding tilt angle is 35°,the result is the best cutting uniformity for plantain stalks.
