摘　　要：微生物发酵饲料具有营养价值高、适口性强、利用率高和抗营养因子少等优点,为畜牧养殖饲料端“替抗”提供可行技术方案。近年来,微生物发酵饲料的开发和应用逐渐成为“无抗”新时代的研究热点。微生物发酵饲料可以提高动物机体的免疫力及抗氧化性能,改善肠道健康,促进生长发育。文章综述了微生物发酵饲料的类型、优势及在牛养殖中的应用现状,以期为微生物发酵饲料的研究和发展提供参考。Microbial fermented feed has the advantages of high nutritional value,palatability,high utilization rate and less anti-nutrient factor,which provides a feasible technical scheme for the end'antibiotic replacement'of animal husbandry feed.In recent years,the development and application of microbial fermented feed has gradually become a research hotspot in the new era of'no antibiotics'.Microbial fermented feed can improve the immunity and antioxidant properties of animal body,improve intestinal health and promote growth and development.In the paper,the types,advantages and application status of microbial fermented feed in cattle breeding were reviewed in order to provide reference for the research and development of microbial fermented feed.
