摘 要:目的探究在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患儿中检测血清LDH、β2-MG、SF、维生素B_(12)的表达水平。方法均采用计算机随机分组,此次研究实施时间自2021年5月开始,截至2023年1月,将单县中心医院70例MDS患儿纳入观察组,并根据IPSS评分分级标准,将观察组的70例MDS患儿依次分为低危组(n=20)、中危I组(n=20)、中危Ⅱ组(n=15)和高危组(n=15),同时将同期健康体检的30例儿童纳为对照组。对所有研究对象均检测血清LDH、β2-MG、SF、维生素B_(12)水平。将观察组与对照组以及观察组各亚组间的血清LDH、β2-MG、SF、维生素B_(12)指标进行比较。结果观察组的血清LDH、β2-MG和SF水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组之间维生素B_(12)水平的比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);各亚组之间的血清LDH、β2-MG、SF水平之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着IPSS评分的增加,血清LDH、β2-MG、SF水平也增加,各亚组之间维生素B_(12)水平的比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在MDS患儿中,其血清LDH、β2-MG、SF水平明显高于健康儿童,联合检测有助于临床医生对不同病情程度的患儿预后做出正确判断和评估,进而为制定和实施治疗方案提供参考。Objective To explore the children with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS),expression level of serum LDHβ2-MG,SF and vitamin B_(12).Methods All patients were randomly divided by computer.The implementation time of this study started from May 2021,by January 2023,70 children with MDS in our hospital were included in the observation group.According to the IPSS grading standard,the 70 children with MDS were divided into low risk group(n=20),medium risk group I(n=20),medium risk group II(n=15)and high risk group(n=15).At the same time,30 healthy children in the same period were included in the control group.All subjects were tested for serum LDH,β2-MG,SF,vitamin B_(12) levels.The serum LDH between the observation group and the control group,as well as the subgroups of the observation group,β2-MG,SF,vitamin B_(12) indicators were compared.Results The levels of serum LDH,β2-MG and SF were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the level of vitamin B_(12) between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);the difference between serum LDH,β2-MG and SF levels was statistically significant(P<0.05),and increased with IPSS score,the levels ofβ2-MG and SF also increased,and there was no statistically significant difference between the levels of vitamin B_(12) in each subgroup(P>0.05).Conclusion In children with MDS,the levels of serum LDH,β2-MG and SF are significantly higher than those of healthy children.The combined detection can help the prognosis of children with different degrees of illness to make correct judgment and evaluation,and then provide reference for the formulation and implementation of treatment plans.
