罗格列酮对多囊卵巢综合征伴假性黑棘皮病和胰岛素敏感性的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴假性黑棘皮病患者行罗格列酮治疗的效果。方法数据取自天津市宁河区芦台医院2019年1月-2022年8月收治的40例PCOS伴假性黑棘皮病患者,以随机取样法分为参照组(采用枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,n=20)、科学组(采用罗格列酮治疗,n=20),两组疗效比较分析。结果用药前比较两组血脂水平、激素水平及临床指标无差异,用药后不良反应比较也无差异,P>0.05;用药后与参照组比较,科学组TC、TG、LDL水平更低,HDL水平更高;科学组E_(2)、LH、PRL水平更低,FSH水平更高;科学组EDV、PSV、PI指标更高,HOMA-IR指标更低;科学组有效率(95.00%)高于参照组(70.00%),χ^(2)=4.329,P=0.037,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论罗格列酮治疗PCOS伴假性黑棘皮病可改善患者血脂水平、激素水平,减轻胰岛素抵抗性,改善卵巢血流动力学,减少副作用,达到预期治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Rosiglitazone therapy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and pseudoacanthosis nigricans.Methods Data were collected from 40 PCOS patients with pseudoacanthosis nigricans admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to August 2022,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(clomiphene citrate,n=20)and the scientific group(Rosiglitazone,n=20).Results There was no difference in serum lipid level,hormone level and clinical index before treatment,and no difference in adverse reaction after treatment,P>0.05.Compared with the Reference Group,TC,TG,LDL were lower in the scientific group after treatment HDL index was higher,E_(2),LH,PRL index was lower,FSH index was higher,EDV,PSV,PI index was higher,HOMA-IR Index was lower,the effective rate of scientific group(95.00%)was higher than that of Reference Group(70.00%),χ^(2)=4.329,P=0.037,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Rosiglitazone can improve the level of serum lipids and hormones,reduce insulin resistance,improve the ovarian Hemodynamics,and achieve the expected therapeutic effect in PCOS patients with pseudoacanthosis nigricans,reduce the side effects,worthy of praise.
