摘　　要：乳腺癌年新增患病人数超226万,为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。准确并尽早评估乳腺癌患者乳腺癌新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant chemotherapy,NAC)疗效,对患者进行治疗分层和预后判断至关重要。目前,动态对比增强磁共振成像(dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI)是临床推荐用于NAC疗效评估的首选检查手段。伴随着大数据挖掘技术逐步应用于乳腺癌NAC疗效评估,近年来已有多项研究致力于探索DCE-MRI的定性、半定量及定量分析在乳腺癌NAC疗效评价中价值。本文基于DCE-MRI的定性、半定量及定量特征,对其在评估乳腺癌NAC中的主要进展及存在问题进行综述。Breast cancer has been the most common malignant tumor in women,with over 2.26 million new cases per year.And it is important to accurately and early evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)for breast cancer patients,which facilitates patients'treatment stratification and prognosis determination.Currently,dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)is clinically recommended as the first choice for evaluating the efficacy of NAC for breast cancer.As big data mining technology has been gradually applied to evaluate the efficacy of NAC for breast cancer,recent studies have been conducted to explore the value of qualitative,semi-quantitative,and quantitative analysis of DCE-MRI in evaluating the efficacy of NAC in breast cancer.This paper now reviews the main advances and problems in the assessment of efficacy of NAC for breast cancer based on the qualitative,semi-quantitative and quantitative features of DCE-MRI.
