摘 要:转录因子(TF)对于调节植物靶基因的表达起到关键作用。脱水响应元件结合因子(DREB)是植物特异性转录因子家族,其成员参与调控植物对各种非生物胁迫的反应。然而,DREB家族尚未在油料树种文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge)中得以鉴定,文冠果是中国北方最重要的耐逆树种之一。因此,本研究旨在以文冠果全基因组测序数据为基础,系统鉴定并表征文冠果中的DREB家族成员,利用转录组测序的方法分析XsDREB基因对于非生物胁迫的特异性响应。在本研究共获得54个文冠果DREB家族成员,它们均编码AP2结构域且大多数成员基因中缺乏内含子,可根据系统发育情况分为6个亚组。此外,RNA-seq结果显示14个XsDREB基因在冷胁迫下上调或下调,8个基因被发现参与盐胁迫响应。本研究结果为进一步研究文冠果DREB基因的功能奠定了基础,并将有利于文冠果的遗传改良。Transcription factors(TFs)play key roles in the regulation of plant gene expression.Dehydration responsive element-binding factor(DREB)is a family of plant specific transcription factors involved in regulating plant responses to various abiotic stresses.However,the DREB family has not been identified in yellowhorn(Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge),an oil tree with strong stress tolerance,endemic to northern China.Therefore,based on the whole genome sequencing data and transcriptome sequencing data of yellowhorn,the purpose of this study is to systematically identify and characterize the DREB family members in yellowhorn,and to analyze the specific response of XsDREB genes to abiotic stress.In this study,we identified 54 DREB family members of yellowhorn,all of which encode AP2 domains and lack introns in most member genes,which could be divided into six subgroups based on phylogeny.In addition,RNA-seq results showed that 14 XsDREB genes were up-or down-regulated under cold stress,and 8 genes were found to be involved in the response to salt stress.This study laid a foundation for further study on the function of DREB genes and genetic improvement of yellowhorn.
