摘  要:为解析高产优质强筋小麦新品种‘丰德存麦5号’的分子遗传基础,利用高密度小麦55K SNP芯片对‘丰德存麦5号’及其亲本‘周麦16’和‘郑麦366’进行全基因组扫描分析。结果表明,‘周麦16’和‘郑麦366’对‘丰德存麦5号’的遗传贡献率差异较大,分别为26.33%和73.67%;在基因组水平上,‘郑麦366’在A、B和D基因组上的遗传贡献率均高于‘周麦16’;在不同染色体上,‘周麦16’在2B、4A、4B和5B染色体上遗传贡献率超过‘郑麦366’,而‘郑麦366’在其他染色体上的遗传贡献率都高于‘周麦16’;在双亲染色体较大片段遗传上,‘丰德存麦5号’继承了更多‘郑麦366’的较大遗传片段;在亲本特异性注释基因中,‘丰德存麦5号’来源于‘郑麦366’的特异性基因的数目远多于‘周麦16’,‘丰德存麦5号’在遗传物质继承上表现出明显的偏向选择,‘郑麦366’对‘丰德存麦5号’的遗传贡献率更大。To analysis the genetic basis of'Fengdecunmai5'with better quality and yield,the wheat 55K SNP chip was chosen to scan'Fengdecunmai5'and its parents'Zhoumai16'and'Zhengmai366'.The result showed that the genetic contribution rate of two parents had relatively large difference,the rate of genetic contribution originated from'Zhoumai16'and'Zhengmai366'were 26.33%and 73.67%,respectively.In the level of genome,'Zhengmai366'contributed more genetic composition to'Fengdecunmai5'than'Zhoumai16'in A,B and D subgenome.Meanwhile,the genetic contribution ratio of'Zhengmai366'exceeded'Zhoumai16'in most chromosomes,but'Fengdecunmai5'inherited more genetic composition from'Zhoumai16'in 2B,4A,4B and 5B chromosomes.In large segments of chromosomes,'Fengdecunmai5'received more genetic information originated from'Zhengmai366'.Besides,'Fengdecunmai5'inherited more genes from'Zhengmai366'in annotated genes.In brief,'Fengdecunmai5'had an evident trend toward one parent in inheriting genetic materials from both parents and'Zhengmai366'had higher the genetic contribution rate than'Zhoumai16'.
