摘　　要：为筛选出抗象耳豆根结线虫的苦瓜种质资源,本研究以28份苦瓜种质资源为试材,采用盆栽幼苗人工接种象耳豆根结线虫的方式,接种45 d后通过根结指数、卵块指数、卵粒指数、繁殖系数以及病情指数等多个指标,结合隶属函数进行综合分析。结果表明:28份苦瓜种质材料受到象耳豆根结线虫侵染后各抗性指标存在明显差异。各抗性指标和隶属函数综合分析结果表明,苦瓜种质‘THMC131-1-1浅白’、‘THMC286-1-1’和‘patee-1刺绿’抗性最强,隶属函数总值分别为4.93、4.88和4.80;‘THMC360-1绿-1’和‘THMC358-1-1’抗性较弱,隶属函数总值分别为0.49和0.85。抗性种质‘THMC131-1-1浅白’、‘THMC286-1-1’和‘patee-1刺绿’可为苦瓜抗象耳豆根结线虫育种提供抗源材料。In order to screen the bitter gourd germplasm resistant to Meloidogyne enterolobii,28 bitter gourd germplasm planted in pots and inoculated with Meloidogyne enterolobii,and multiple resistance indexes including gall index,egg mass index,egg granule index,reproduction frequency and disease index were identified 45 days after inoculation.The data of multiple resistance indexes were comprehensively analyzed by subordinate function.The results showed that the resistance indexes of 28 bitter gourd germplasm were significantly different after being infected by Meloidogyne enterolobii.The results of subordinate function showed that‘THMC131-1-1 albescent’,‘THMC286-1-1’and‘Patee-1 spiny green’had the strongest resistance,and the total subordinate function were 4.93,4.88 and 4.80,respectively.The bitter gourd germplasm‘THMC360-1 green-1’and‘THMC358-1-1’had the weakest resistance,and the total subordinate function were 0.49 and 0.85.The resistant germplasm‘THMC131-1-1 albescent’,‘THMC286-1-1’and‘Patee-1 spiny green’could provide resistant materials for resistance breeding of bitter gourd to Meloidogyne enterolobii.
