摘 要:为进一步加强台湾栾树种质资源的开发与利用,本研究选取55份台湾栾树(Koelreuteria elegans subsp.formosana)个体进行17个表型性状的观测,并利用遗传多样性指数、相关性指数以及主成分和聚类的方法进行遗传多样性的分析。结果表明,55份台湾栾树种质的遗传多样性指数平均值为1.635,其中数量性状的遗传多样性指数平均值为1.890,质量性状的遗传多样性指数平均值为1.380;变异系数(CV)的平均值为19.8%,其中果实个数的变异系数最大,为47.64%;有15对性状的相关性指数达到极显著水平(P<0.01);筛选出的7个主成分累计贡献率达75.019%,果实宽度、植株高度、叶宽等14个表型性状能基本反映台湾栾树的形态特征;基于聚类分析,供试材料分为四个类群,其中第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类群可作为特异性种质材料。本研究为台湾栾树育种材料的选择、新品种的改良及开发利用提供理论参考。In order to further improve the development and utilization of germplasm resources of Koelreuteria elegans subsp.formosana,55 samples of K.elegans subsp.formosana were selected to measure 17 phenotypic traits,and used genetic diversity index,correlation index,principal component and clustering methods to perform genetic diversity analysis.The results showed that the average genetic diversity index of 55 samples of K.elegans subsp.formosana was 1.635,of which the average genetic diversity index of quantitative traits was 1.890,and the average genetic diversity index of qualitative traits was 1.380;The average value of the coefficient of variation(CV)was 19.80%,and the CV value of the fruit number was the largest(47.64%);The correlation index of 15 pairs of traits reaches a very significant level(P<0.01);The cumulative contribution rate of the seven main components was 75.019,The 14 phenotypic traits such as fruit width,plant height,and leaf width can basically reflect the morphological characteristics of the K.elegans subsp.formosana;Based on cluster analysis,the 55 samples are divided into four groups,of which groups II,III and IV can be considered as specific germplasm materials.This study provides a theoretical reference for the selection of breeding materials,the improvement of new varieties and the development and utilization of the K.elegans subsp.formosana.
