摘  要:为综合评价大豆耐旱性,筛选耐旱大豆优质种质资源,本实验利用水分胁迫溶剂聚乙二醇(PEG-6000) 30%浓度对黑龙江省主推大豆品种中龙号、黑农号、东生号、黑科和黑河号、克豆号、东农和农生号、牡字号、垦字号、绥农号、佳豆和合农号等96份材料进行芽期耐旱鉴定。结果表明:中龙号3个品种表现出了较耐,3个品种表现出了中耐;黑农号4个品种表现出了较耐,2个品种表现出了中耐;东生号2个品种表现出了较耐,4个品种表现出了中耐;‘黑河49’、‘黑河52’表现出了较耐,‘黑科69’、‘黑科77’、‘黑科59’表现出了中耐;克豆号3个品种表现出了较耐,2个品种表现出了中耐;‘东农76’、‘农生2号’表现出了较耐,‘东农72’表现出了中耐;牡字号中2个品种表现出了较耐,1个品种表现出了中耐;垦字号中1个品种表现出了较耐,5个品种表现出了中耐;绥农号中2个品种表现出了较耐,4个品种表现出了中耐;佳豆和合农号中2个品种表现出了较耐,5个品种表现出了中耐。本研究为明确大豆种质资源的抗旱性、挖掘大豆抗旱基因、开展大豆抗旱分子标记辅助育种提供重要理论依据和宝贵亲本资源。In order to comprehensively evaluate drought tolerance,high quality germplasm resources of soybean were selected In order to comprehensive evaluation of soybean drought tolerance and screening of high-quality germplasm resources.This experiment is the use of water stress solvent polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)30%concentration of Zhonglong series,Heinong series,Dongsheng series,Heike and Heihe series,Kedou series,Dongnong and Nongsheng series,Muzi series,Kenzi series,Suinong series,Jiadou and Henong series in 96 materialsIdentification of drought tolerance during the bud stage was performed.The results showed that the three varieties of Zhonglong showed more tolerance,Three varieties showed moderate tolerance;Heinong 4 varieties showed more tolerance,Two varieties showed moderate tolerance;The 2 varieties of Dongsheng showed more tolerance,Four varieties showed moderate tolerance;Heihe 49,Heihe 52 showed more tolerance,Heike 69,77,59 showed moderate tolerance;The three varieties showed more tolerance,Two varieties showed moderate tolerance;Dongnong 76,Nongsheng 2 showed more tolerance,Dongnong 72 showed moderate tolerance;Two varieties in the Muzi showed more tolerance,One variety showed moderate tolerance;One variety in the Kenzi showed more tolerance,Five varieties showed moderate tolerance;Two varieties in Suinong showed more tolerance,Four varieties showed moderate tolerance;Two varieties in Jiadou and Henong showed more tolerance,Five varieties showed moderate tolerance.
