摘 要:目的探索住院医师规范化培训指导医师思想政治(简称思政)教育能力提升路径,加强住院医师思政教育工作,践行立德树人教育理念,优化住院医师管理。方法充分了解目前住院医师思政教育现状,结合医院实践,总结梳理提升指导医师思政教育能力的路径与初步成效,并提出相关思考。结果探索提升指导医师思政教育能力,在提高培训质量、树立良好口碑、加强指导医师凝聚力、推动全院课程思政和平台建设等方面取得初步成效。结论坚定不移地坚持社会主义核心价值观,提升指导医师思政教育能力,是持续提高教学质量和深化落实立德树人的重要途径。Objective To explore ways to improve the Ideological and Political education ability of the teaching staff,strengthen the Ideological and Political education of residents,practice the task of Enhancing Morality and Fostering Talents,and optimize the management of residents.Methods By understanding the current status of Ideological and Political education for residents,and combined with the practice,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine(SAHZU)sorted out,put forward and summarized the path and preliminary results of improving the Ideological and Political education ability of teachers.Results Through practical exploration and promotion of Ideological and Political education in the process,the initial results were achieved in improving the quality of training,establishing a good reputation,strengthening the cohesion of the teaching staff,and promoting the construction of the Ideological and Political platform of the whole college Ideological and Political courses.Conclusion Unswervingly adhering to the core socialist values and promoting the Ideological and Political education ability of teachers is an important way to promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality and deepen the implementation of the task of fostering people.
