摘  要:[目的/意义]通过对学术论文润色服务数据的挖掘分析,为服务管理部门提供决策支持,同时为高校图书馆拓展论文润色相关服务提供借鉴参考。[方法/过程]在对数据集进行清洗的基础上,采用文献计量与问卷调查方法,从论文发表分布、院系分布、用户分布、论文影响力及用户体验等多个维度,进行数据挖掘分析。[结果/结论]结合学术论文润色服务实践,针对管理部门的服务决策提出“过程管理与服务评价相结合”等4点建议;从“对外合作共赢”等3个维度,对高校图书馆拓展论文润色相关服务提出建议。[Purpose/Significance]Through the mining and analysis of the academic paper proofreading service data,this study aims to provide management decision-making support for the service management department,while also providing reference for academic libraries to expand related services.[Method/Process]Based on the cleaning of the dataset,the methods of bibliometrics and questionnaire survey were adopted to conduct data mining and analysis from multiple dimensions,such as paper publication distribution,department distribution,user distribution,paper influence and user experience.[Result/Conclusion]Drawing on the practical experience of academic paper proofreading services,the research offers four suggestions about service decision-making to management departments,including“integrating process management with service evaluation”.The research puts forward three suggestions for academic libraries to expand academic paper proofreading services,basing on“win-win cooperation”and other dimensions.
