民国报纸数字化相关标准的研究与探索——以民国《广西日报》为例

摘　　要：为了加快并完善民国报纸的数字化,本文在民国《广西日报》数字化实践的基础上,研究探讨民国报纸数字化流程中涉及的相关标准规范。民国报纸数字化联合共建,需要有统一的民国报纸数字化的标准,建议修订原有的文本资源加工标准GB/T 31219.2-2014,并吸收利用已有的实践经验和标准成果,制定民国报纸数字化标准细则,对民国报纸的纸质报纸及胶片扫描、OCR识别和校对、元数据著录、数据分类、成品数据进行具体的说明和规定。In order to accelerate and improve the digitalization of newspapers in the Republic of China period,this paper,based on the digitalization practice of Guangxi Daily in the Republic of China period,studies and discusses the relevant standards and specifications involved in the digitalization process of newspapers in the Republic of China period.The joint construction of the digitalization of newspapers at that time requires a unified standard for the digitalization of newspapers of the period.It is suggested to revise the original text resource processing standard GB/T 31219.2-2014,absorb and utilize the existing practical experience and standard results to formulate the detailed rules for the digitalization of newspapers in the Republic of China period,and specifically explain and regulate the paper newspaper and film scanning,OCR identification and proofreading,metadata description,data classification,and finished product data of the newspapers in the Republic of China period.
