摘 要:本文依据国家强制标准GB 19082—2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》对防护服的透湿量检测开展技术分析。通过梳理国内外检测标准及评价方法,对比GB/T 12704—1991《织物透湿量测定方法 透湿杯法》和GB/T 12704.1—2009《纺织品织物透湿性试验方法 第1部分:吸湿法》的技术内容,重点分析了实验操作和数值计算等因素对透湿量检测结果的影响。研究结果显示,在实际检测操作中应注意吸湿剂颗粒的均一性,按照固定高度-质量法装填吸湿剂,将透湿杯放置在恒温恒湿试验箱的非出风口和回风口附近,并按照面积为0.00283 m2计算透湿量,可以减小透湿量测定误差,提升检测精准程度,进而对医用一次性防护服的综合质量评价起到一定的技术支撑作用。Based on the national mandatory standard GB 19082—2009 Technical Requirements for Disposable Protective Clothing for Medical Use,this paper carries out a technical analysis on the water vapour transmission detection of protective clothing.By combing the domestic and international testing standards and evaluation methods,and comparing the technical contents of GB/T 12704—1991 Fabrics-Determination of Water Vapour Transmission Rate-Dish Method and GB/T 12704.1—2009 TextilesTest Method for Water Vapour Transmission of Fabrics-Part 1:Desiccant Method,the paper focuses on the impact of factors such as experimental operation and numerical calculation on water vapour transmission test results.The research results show that in actual testing operations,attention should be paid to the uniformity of moisture absorbent particles,the hygroscopic particles filled according to the fixed height-mass method,moisture-permeable cups placed near the non-air outlet and return air outlet of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber,and the water vapour transmission calculated according to the area of 0.00283 m2.This can reduce measurement errors of moisture permeability,improve the precision of detection,and thereby play a certain technical support role in the comprehensive quality evaluation of disposable protective clothing for medical use.
