摘 要:针对段王煤矿本煤层瓦斯含量高、渗透性低的瓦斯治理难题,提出“地面压裂、井下打孔、井下抽采一体化”技术治理本煤层瓦斯。为研究地面压裂对井下抽采的影响,运用ABAQUS软件模拟压裂裂缝延伸扩展规律,通过微地震监测技术得到压裂范围;运用COMSOL软件模拟不同钻孔间距瓦斯抽采达标时间,为现场抽采钻孔的布置提供理论依据。研究结果表明:压裂影响范围长×高=212 m×10 m,最大宽度90 m;压裂区钻孔间距为18 m时,抽采180 d,瓦斯抽采达标;DW9-3压裂孔平均单孔瓦斯抽采纯量0.022 m^(3)/min,与普通顺层钻孔抽采量相比,提高近15倍;该技术模式能够大幅度增加煤层透气性、降低本煤层瓦斯含量降低施工成本和减少钻孔工程量,确保煤矿安全高效的开采。In view of the gas control problems of high gas content and low permeability in the coal seam of Duanwang coal mine,the technology of "integration of ground fracturing,underground drilling and underground drainage" is proposed to control the gas in this coal seam.In order to study the effect of ground fracturing on downhole drainage,the ABAQUS software was used to simulate the propagation and propagation law of fracturing fractures,and the fracturing range was obtained through microseismic monitoring technology;the arrangement of the drilling holes provides a theoretical basis.The research results show that the fracturing influence range is long ×height =212 m ×10 m,and the maximum width is 90 m;when the fracturing area is 18 m apart,the gas drainage reaches the standard for 180 days;the average single-hole gas drainage of the DW9-3 fracturing hole pure extraction volume is 0.022 m^(3)/min,which is nearly 15 times higher than the extraction volume of ordinary bedding drilling;this technical mode can greatly increase the permeability of coal seams,reduce the gas content of the coal seam,and reduce construction costs and drilling quantities,to ensure safe and efficient mining of coal mines.
