摘 要:以山煤集团韩家洼煤矿22402回风顺槽为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟以及现场试验对特厚煤层切顶卸压迎采掘巷切顶高度进行研究,结果表明切顶高度为41 m时切缝恰能切断细砂岩基本顶,充分发挥采空区垮落矸石的碎胀支撑作用,从而降低采动影响下的迎采巷道围岩变形特征,通过切顶卸压从而保护相邻工作面顺槽及煤柱顶板完整性。Taking the 22402 return air tunnel of Hanjiawa coal mine of Shanmei coal group as the engineering background,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test,study the cutting top height of roadway driving face to mining for roof cutting and pressure relief in extremely thick coal seam,the results show that when the height of the cutting top is 41 m,the cutting seam can cut off the basic top of fine sandstone and give full play to the supporting role of caved gangue in goaf.In this way,the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the mining roadway under the influence of mining are reduced,and the integrity of the adjacent face grooving and coal pillar roof is protected by cutting the roof pressure.
